Patek Philippe has prepared three Calatravas for Milano 2026.
Instead of displaying the Italian flag on a single watch for the Watch Art Grand Exhibition in Milan, Patek Philippe divided it into three different Calatrava watches. The white 7007G-010 represents the date and central seconds, the green 7147G-010 the perpetual calendar, and the red 7047G-010 the minute repeater. All three feature a 38mm white gold case. The same external dimensions allow Patek Philippe to discern its product hierarchy through movement and production number.
A flag, three separate clock layers
The trio is based on the more casual-looking design language of the Calatrava 6007. Round, fully polished white gold cases are paired with lacquered dials featuring an embossed section in the center resembling carbon fiber. White gold Arabic numerals and luminescent white hands are used. The watches belong to the same family, but while the dial colors form a set, the calibers inside are entirely different.
The Italian connection isn't limited to the dial colors. The lustrous alligator leather straps feature green, white, and red details at the stop points. The sapphire case backs are inscribed with 'Patek Philippe Milano 2026'. The green perpetual calendar also features Italian names for the day and month. The common language established for the three watches to stand side-by-side in the exhibition transforms into local symbols when viewed individually.
7007G-010: White and direct
The 7007G-010 is the entry point of the trio. The 38mm diameter case is 8,81mm thick and offers 30-meter water resistance. The hour, minute, and central seconds are accompanied by a date window at 3 o'clock. The white dial and white strap provide a solid backdrop for the black minute hands and anthracite-colored numerals. The carbon-like central pattern gives the classic Calatrava concept a more contemporary face with automotive connotations.
Inside, it's powered by the automatic Calibre 26-330 SC . The calibre is 27 mm in diameter, 3,32 mm thick, with 207 parts and 30 jewels. Operating at 4 Hz, the movement has a power reserve of 35 to 45 hours. The central rotor is made of 21-karat gold. A mechanism that stops the seconds hand when the crown is pulled makes precise adjustment easier. Only 200 units of this model will be produced, and according to Monochrome, the European price, including taxes, is €44.800.

7147G-010: Italian calendar on a green dial.
The central digit is 7147G-010. The case is still 38 mm, but the thickness increases to 9,72 mm due to the perpetual calendar. On the green dial, the day of the week is at 9 o'clock, the month and leap year at 3 o'clock, and the date at 6 o'clock. The moon phase is inside the date display, and the 24-hour indicator is on the day sub-dial. Writing the day and month abbreviations in Italian is a more subtle decision than simply localizing the time using color.

The automatic Calibre 240 Q uses an eccentric micro-rotor made of 22-karat gold. The 27,5 mm diameter movement is only 3,88 mm thick and consists of 275 parts. It has a frequency of 3 Hz and a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours. The perpetual calendar, when correctly set, mechanically accounts for the length of February and leap years. The case is water-resistant to 30 meters. Only 100 units of the green model will be produced, with a European price of €129.600.

7047G-010: The real rarity in red.
The red 7047G-010 is visually the loudest and mechanically the most complex member. When the left slider is pulled, the hour, quarter, and minute are announced via two classic gongs. The small seconds hand is at the 6 o'clock position. While the 38 mm diameter is maintained, the thickness reaches 10,24 mm. Patek Philippe does not specify water resistance in meters for this model. The official technical datasheet describes the watch as only protected against moisture and dust, not water resistant.

The automatic Calibre R 27 PS is 28 mm in diameter, 5,05 mm thick, with 327 parts and 39 jewels. It operates at 3 Hz and provides a power reserve of 43 to 48 hours. The guilloche surface of the 22-karat gold microrotor, the gongs and hammers can be seen through the sapphire case back. Only 5 of the red edition will be produced. The price, as reported by Monochrome, is 648.000 euros . The sharp decrease in production number also transforms the complication ranking into a collector's ranking.

Milan exhibition and availability
The Watch Art Grand Exhibition is taking place at CityOval Milan from October 2-18, 2026. The exhibition, which brings together Patek Philippe's watchmaking history, current production, mechanisms, and craftsmanship, is free to attend. The brand recommends advance reservations. The number of Calatrava watches to be distributed to which retail outlets has not been announced. Their inclusion in the exhibition does not mean they will be freely available at retail.
Bersenti comment
What makes this trio interesting is that instead of printing the Italian flag on the dial, Patek Philippe distributed it across its own product hierarchy. The white model represents everyday time, the green model the calendar, and the red model the sound. The case diameter remains the same, but as the movement becomes more complex, the thickness, price, and rarity all increase. The number dropping from 200 to 100, and then to 5, doesn't seem coincidental. The mechanical hierarchy of the collection is also reflected in the production plan.
The carbon fiber dial gives the traditional Calatrava a more sporty feel. In contrast, the white gold case, polished alligator leather, and fine micro-rotor calibers preserve Patek Philippe's classic side. The clearest contrast is found in the 7047G-010. The red color is extroverted, while the minute repeater is an extremely precise mechanism demanding care and calmness in use. The Milanese trio displays this tension in three different doses within a single form.
