Have you ever seen a mechanism design that resembles roads?
When we look at the dial of a watch, we see the clock and a circle beneath it. In fact, that circle isn't just an empty circle. It represents the rotor of the mechanism. And as the watch moves, the rotor moves as well, adding movement to the dial. Isn't that a brilliant idea? The story takes the inspiration from naming this movement a pearl floating in the sea, taking it to another level.
The movement itself is a masterpiece of design. It's said that the mosaic-like bridge shapes and decorations (I liken them to roads :)) invite you to admire the caseback rather than the front of the watch. Another detail is the brushed details. I have no doubt that when you delve into these details, you'll find the equivalents of minimalist, elegant, and sophisticated. Its features include a wind-up movement, a 38-hour power reserve, 25200 jewels, and a 21 vph.
